A prison so large, that it is a country itself.

History of Prison Florov

-500 000 years ago-

Used as a execution penitentiary, Sarah Kalianey built this huge abomination of a prison. The water around the island was poisoned with sulfuric acid, the acid was held off by cleaning dams. The shores at the perimeters are mined. Every inhabitant who broke the law, lost the cavarian citizenship and was deported to the abandoned island. The acid stopped them from swimming. Even when a boat managed it over the river, the shores were mined, and the dams (a)(b) north and south are armed with heavy machine guns, making escape impossible. Once you go in, you don't come out.

After Jane killed Sarah, she stomped the cruel penitentiary to dust.

-20 years ago-

Thomas Kalianey, son of Jane and leader of the Military of Cavari established the re-build of the Florov Prison. Under heavy protest of Jane, the construction of the new prison began.

Main differences to the old prison:

- No acid poisoned water, but more guards at the perimeters.
- Shores are still mined! (red striped area)
- New RFC-Dam (c)(River flow control) south of the north dam.
- A parliament (B), where Thomas Kalianey makes the important decisions for the prison.
- A new ID-Motherboard (C). Who ever enters or leaves the prison, is registered there. Employees, soldiers, prisoners, citizens and tourists.
-Three new islands were added: The Food Deploy Island (I), the Rehabilitation Center (H) and the artillery base (D).
- A new city for rehabilitation is added behind the northern perimeter: Rehab City (A)
- New civil areas are added: The Tourist Area (F) and the Airport (E).
- A new railway was built for higher mobility (green line from alpha to omega).
- The area of the old nuclear plant is considered contaminated and is a restricted area (!).
- The main prison island is at the same size as before (G).

-Today-

Two states are existant on Cavari: The Kingdom of Cavari, ruled by Jane... and the Prison Florov ruled by her son Thomas. Being the Tourist magnet after Jane's Palace, the prison survives without royal funds. Even though it is visited enough to keep a solid fund, the tourists still have to show the passport, because the prison is an independent state.

The prisoners were flown in by planes. they get deported to the island by the Deportation Monorail (purple line). Once there, they can't return or try the hard rehab test. A tramway (operated by prisoners) gives the prisoners mobility on the island. To get the daily food ration, they drive to the Food Deploy to get it. The life on the island isn't cruel, but not pretty either. The prisoners made worlds of their own, fighting for territory on the island.

The penitentiary gives the prisoners the chance to atone for their sins and go through rehabilitation. After succeeding at the test in the Rehab Center, they spend the rest of their life in Rehab City, working for maintenance of the prison and get currency to buy food. The apartments in Rehab City are large and get cleaned every day. But there are still guard towers with heavy armament in the middle of the urban atmosphere.
